Strategy and IA for E-Justifyit
An online software company wanted to revamp their business. They sell financial software that sales-executives use to close deals. I helped them develop an online business model and website that would better serve the needs of their end users.
Initial client interaction: Defined the audience. Identified core needs of different users and modeled a strategy around it. Proposed a completely new pricing/product scheme that tied into the existing business model. Overhauled all existing content and prepared a brand new content inventory. Proposed a new site map and phase-wise release of the new website.
User Personas and flows study: Researched into how calls are received and answered in sales. Created user journey scenarios around a typical sales cycle, and accordingly designed new navigation. Suggested naming/labeling of various products & categories. Ensured that online experience ties in seamlessly with after-sales.
Prototyping: Prepared a full scale prototype. Created a user friendly interface. Developed copy, typography and interactive media content.
